Arno is a smooth-haired dachshund with folded/drop ears and short fur. He's of short height; with a chubby/plump body type; has brown eyes; and has red fur and black hair.
Arno has a camp prisoner ID number tattooed inside his left forearm. He wears spectacles for myopia (nearsightedness). Trivia
*While in the labor camp, Arno forges a friendship with Lukas Mettbach to help him stay alive; on at least one occasion, Lukas intervenes with Commandant Dannecker on Arno's behalf, knowing he's less likely to be severely punished, as Dannecker despises Jews far more than Sinti. The two remain close friends after escaping the camp.
*He's not much of a fighter, so often serves as the mediating voice of reason among the core members of the Diamond Network.
