"Saint Olga's" husband was a Red Army sniper who was captured, extensively tortured, and killed by German soldiers. His wife, who was already in the Red Army herself, took up a sniper's rifle and assumed his role; her particularly brutal method of revenge for her husband earned her her nickname, after Saint Olga of Kiev. It's unknown if the two had any children or pregnancies, though if they did, they are apparently no longer alive.

*"Saint Olga" takes her nickname from Olga of Kiev, a Viking princess married to Prince Igor of Kiev; following her husband's brutal assassination, she waged a bloody yet creative mission of revenge against his killers, resulting in the death of over five thousand people. She later converted to Christianity and is now a saint in the Eastern Orthodox Church. There's the possibility she was once a seeress and priestess of Freyja, before her conversion.
