Camo is of tall height; with a sturdy/athletic body type; has gray-blue eyes; and has light gray-brown fur.
Camo has some ear nicks and scars from the automobile accident which killed his wife and daughter. He dresses in the standard Trench Rat attire of a modified Pickelhaube and Prussian-style uniform, camouflage cape, and armband with sergeant's stripes, except for a time when he works in conjunction with the Diamond Network, when he adopts a German-style uniform, helmet, and gas mask. He always wears a serious expression, and almost never smiles.

*Camo is addicted to morphine due to chronic pain from his automobile accident. He manages this relatively well, though he has to conceal it from his superiors in the military. Dr. Kammler discovers this while Camo is in captivity and deliberately administers morphine inconsistently. Burgundy and Janette know of the addiction and help keep him supplied.
