She's of tall height; with a slender body type; has blue eyes; and has medium gray fur and steel blue-gray (formerly black?) hair with a white streak. Frau Bitterlich wears her long hair in an upsweep with a bun. She doesn't wear makeup. She wears long, simple, somewhat old-fashioned dresses, usually in dark colors. She's rather plain and prudish in appearance compared to "her girls," and could easily be mistaken for a schoolteacher or librarian. She has a polite, formal yet warm demeanor, but can become stern if she feels her girls are being mistreated. She's skilled at reading men and being able to tell what they want. Family & Relationships Name Here (Relationship Here) [Coming soon.] History [Coming soon.] Frau Bitterlich In Heaven [Coming soon.] Trivia *Frau Bitterlich's place of business was not based on or inspired by the real-life Salon Kitty, as I had not heard of this site until after coming up with my brothel idea. However, both places share at least a few features in that Nazi officials do business at both, and Bitterlich has her "special selection" of girls who cater to her guests' specific interests. The SD (including Rupprecht Heidenreich and Gunter Hesse) has no official business there, though Hesse and a few of his men do search the place and question the women regarding Jan Delbrück's rumored visits with a Jewish prostitute (Mirjam Zweifel, who always hides when the SD is around). A somewhat closer comparison, rather, can be made between Salon Kitty and the Mesmer Club, where Sophie Sommer and Mitzi (and presumably a handful of other hostesses) work: Although the SD doesn't officially bug the nightclub, and the club doesn't technically condone prostitution, its patrons consist mostly of SS officials, and the hostesses are known to privately "entertain" guests who reward them financially. The SS is fully aware of the illegal nature of both places; Frau Bitterlich's business is politely ignored, whereas the Mesmer Club is actively promoted, albeit as simply a place of entertainment and not of illicit sexual activity. The reasoning used by the Nazi Party is that both places are "good for morale." *[Coming soon.] Click to view/download various sizes (Flickr) ![]() |
