Lorentz is a Bouvier des Ardennes with pricked ears and medium fur. He's of average height; with a slim body type; has light blue eyes; and has pale gray/cream fur and gray hair.
Lorentz lost most of his lower left arm in combat in the Great War; he prefers to eschew use of his prosthetic, and has learned to make use of the remaining stump pretty well--he can even wield the shotgun he uses to defend his shop. He wears simple long-sleeve shirts and trousers, sometimes with suspenders, in the shop; when he goes out he wears a jacket and bow tie and sometimes a vest and hat. He carries a pocketwatch on a chain and wears spectacles. He has a polite, reserved, sensible demeanor.
