April 9, 2021, 8:41:47 PM 4/9/21: r/SketchDaily theme, "Free Draw Friday." Free Draw Friday means another character-drawing attempt! This time it's Justin Dupries from my Manitou Island stories. This is his mother, see the resemblance...? And this is his father...er...where there's no familial resemblance at all, for the better, I guess. Yep, the Victorian gent (and mama's boy) is also half demon. Things are kind of weird on the Island. I was originally going to give him hair similar to (i. e., the same as) Det. Devetko's (another character of mine, different storyline), then tried out a different hairstyle that was meant to be based on THIS FELLOW, from THIS SITE. Since I'm tired of all my guys looking alike. Didn't turn out so fantastically so I'm not committed to it 😐 , though I guess time will see. EDIT: I think I keep setting off SketchDaily's spam filter (meaning my posts don't show up) and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong or even be 100% sure if I am or not since so few people look at my stuff. 😞 So frustrating. EDIT later: Yep...spam filter again. 😢 Nearly three years with only one bug, and now two in under two weeks? I have no idea what I'm doing wrong!
