About all I have on my wishlist is books and music CDs so here's another character portrait attempt for Free Draw Friday. This is Lt. Niko Lampinen, formerly of the Minot PD and Lt. Alan Kincaid's predecessor. He was also kind of Kincaid's mentor before Kinnie became a lieutenant.
